How do I sign up?

You need to create an account before taking a course. Click on the Menu icon (three horizontal lines) present on the top left of the Store screen. From the menu, click on the Login/Register button. Click on Sign Up, and enter your Email ID & Password to create an account.

How to take the Course?

After you have enrolled for the Course, the course will be added to your My Course Section. Click on the Course image to start the course.

I have issues with Login, what should I do?

If you've forgotten your password, click on the "Forgot Password" link on the login screen. You'll receive an email with a link to reset your password. After resetting it, try logging in again. If you're still experiencing issues, please reach out to courses@early-bird.in with the details of the problem.

I am unable to access the Course, what should I do?

Please check whether you are using the same email used while enrolling. Check for the course in your My Course section. If the course is still not available, please drop an email to courses@early-bird.in

Do I need specific equipment to take the Courses?

You only need an up-to-date web browser (like Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or Internet Explorer) to access the course. The Course is compatible with mobile devices, tablets, desktops, and laptops as long as you have a stable internet connection. On mobile devices, we recommend taking the course in portrait format.

Can I learn at my own pace?

Yes, the Course is self-paced. Upon enrollment, you'll have access to the course content and can continue learning even after completing it.

Will I get the certificate?

Yes, upon completing the course, you can receive an e-certificate. Ensure you achieve an 80% score on quizzes and watch all videos to qualify. The certificate will be made reflecting your profile name.

An option to download the certificate will appear on the Course image in your 'My Courses' section. Follow these steps to download: My Courses > Certificate > Download
